PONTEM is interested in joining international partnerships within Erasmus+ (Key Action 2), as well as Horizon Europe and other European Commission and international funding programmes. We contribute expertise in social pedagogy, youth work, mentoring, prevention, and community-based interventions, with strong practical experience in working with vulnerable youth groups.
Based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, PONTEM offers added value through contextual knowledge, access to underrepresented target groups, and cross-sector cooperation with public institutions and academia. We are open to collaboration with universities, NGOs, and public bodies as a project partner in collaborative and capacity-building initiatives. On the end of the page you can find Project Briefs we are ready to apply via main applicant.
We have two separate offices in Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and designated spot/office in one school in Tuzla. The first one is our main office and also an office for individual and group work where we work with children and youth at risk. There we conduct workshops, educational activities but also counseling sessions for young people, families, etc. The second office is an sensory integration room where we work with preschool children, todlers with developmental issues and/or speical needs (autism, learning problems) and their families using relationshiop based practice and sensory integration pedagogy (Ayres). Currently in Zenica we have weekly worshops for children and youth at risk and our colleagues in Tuzla are working in school enviroment with school children with behavioral problems or learning issues.
Below you can find a selection of our project briefs, presenting concrete project concepts developed by PONTEM in the fields of social pedagogy, youth work, inclusion, and community-based support. Each brief outlines the core idea, objectives, and partnership potential, and is intended to facilitate cooperation within Erasmus+ and other international funding frameworks.
We invite interested organisations to explore the proposals and consider opportunities for partnership and joint project development.
